On making a choice this 2010

Nov 6, 2009

In a country where graft and corruption is a way of life for politicians; where convicts can run for the highest government post and people who marched the streets in contempt of his acts conveniently forget in exchange for a few favors and resolving to settle for the lesser evil; where people think not of the welfare of the country, but who they know and what politicians can do for them and their stature, I have no doubt at all that the 2010 race is still a toss up among those that have expressed interest to run. I just hope that for once, people will have sense enough to think of this country. The uneducated masa have illiteracy, lack of understanding and the need to provide a decent meal for their family as an excuse to dance to any beat that the trapos want them to, but for the learned ones, we have to be responsible enough to make an unbiased decision regardless of  who is your padrino and who can put you ahead.
